Founding partner Eric Young has served as an advocate for the rights of employees for most of his legal career, representing individuals at every level of the workforce, from blue-collar workers to corporate executives.  Prior to entering private practice, Eric served as the General Counsel of UFCW Local 1776, representing the members in contract negotiations and labor arbitration.

Attorney Brandon Lauria is the head of the firm’s family law division, representing hundreds of UFCW Local 1776 members with their legal problems during his legal career.  Brandon has been awarded the title of Rising Star in Pennsylvania by Super Lawyers for four consecutive years.
