It's Your Fund - Your Money - Your Choice
You can earn up to $1,800 per year!
Choose The Dual Income Option

If you have other medical coverage through your spouse or other employer and choose to waive your Personal Choice coverage provided by the Fund, you may choose the Dual Income option.  You could earn up to $1,800 per year and still have supplemental medical (wrap around) coverage provided by the Fund.
How to Earn your $1,800 per Year
If you waive your Personal choice coverage provided through the Fund, the Fund will deposit to one or more of the following accounts a total of $150 per month:
Paid Time Off Bank Receive Cash*
Retirement & Savings 401K Invest For Your Retirement*
Extended Eligibility Purchase Additional Months Of Coverage*
Health Care Spending Reduce Your Out Of pocket Medical Cost*
Increase your current Life Insurance Amount*

Choosing the  dual income option will also provide up to $5,200 per family member of supplemental medical coverage
If you waive your Personal Choice coverage provided through the Fund, the Fund will also provide up to $5,200 per family member of supplemental (wrap around) coverage that will limit your out of pocket medical costs you may incur as result of using your spouse's (or other employer's) medical coverage.
