Because you have 5 or more years of service with a contributing employer, are age 30 or older and are currently eligible for Personal Choice coverage under the Fund, you should consider the following choices available to you:
Choose The Dual Income Option

	If you have other medical coverage through your spouse or other employer and choose to waive your Personal Choice coverage provided by the Fund, you should most definitely consider this option. You could earn up to $1,800 per year and be provided with supplemental medical (wrap around) coverage provided by the Fund.
OR Choose The Keystone Point of Service ('KPOS") Flex
	By opting into the KPOS Flex Series Plan medical coverage instead of your current Personal Choice coverage, you could earn up to $240 per year and still have comprehensive medical coverage, which provides dependent coverage for your eligible dependent children up to age 24 provided they are a full-time college student.
