Eligibility and Participation

You are eligible to join the Plan if you:

(1.)   Work for an Employer participating in this Plan (a "Participating Employer"),

(2.)   Are covered by a collective bargaining agreement providing for participation in this Plan,

(3.)   Have completed one Year of Eligibility Service with a Participating Employer, and

(4.)   Have attained age 21.

Once you have met these eligibility requirements, you can enroll and begin participating in the Plan on any Entry Date coincident with or following the date you meet these requirements. Entry Dates are the lst day of each month. You complete one Year of Eligibility Service if you complete 1000 Hours of Service during the initial 12-month period of your employment or any subsequent calendar year. You will be credited with 190 Hours of Service for each month in which you complete at least one Hour of Service with a Participating Employer.

To enroll, simply complete the enrollment form(s) and return them to the Fund office by the 15th day of the calendar month prior to the applicable Entry Date. Your contributions will be automatically deducted from your pay.
