| Q. Does this program affect the use of my prescription card? |
| A. Absolutely not. You have all the benefits you had before. The only change is that it is more convenient for you to get your maintenance drugs because: |

| Q. What are maintenance drugs? |
| A. Any drugs that your doctor prescribes for you for regular use over a long period of time. Such drugs are usually prescribed for heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, ulcer, anemia, and various other ailments. |

Q. Can this program be used for every
prescription? A. No. You use it only for medications which you take for a long period of time. If you doctor gives you a prescription for a medicine to be taken for a limited time, take that prescription to your neighborhood pharmacist. Q. When will prescriptions be delivered? A. The turn around time may range from 2 to 7 days from the time your prescription is received at the mail order pharmacy and when it is shipped back to you. This time frame does not include the time it takes for your request to arrive and the actual amount of time it takes to deliver it to you. However, to protect against any delays, you re-order your prescription up to three weeks prior to your running out. |

This plan is simple to use
just follow these instructions 1. Ask your physician to prescribe a 100-day supply of needed medications with refills. To insure prompt processing, make sure the physician's name, the patient's name, and the exact daily dosage are clearly indicated. 2.
